Hi, I have set up and paid for spotify family premium and successfully added another member. they have accepted the invite and on the main account it says they are active and able to use all features but when they go onto the app on their i phone it says they are on the free subscription... how do they connect the app to the family sharing deal? i have tried to delete the app and reinstall it as well as log out and back in several times

That's not cool! Alright, could you make sure your family member is logged in to the right account? They might have more than one account, here are some steps which could be helpful. I'll be here if you have any questions!

I've just signed up for family premium. My son and daughter have accepted the invite. My daughter is listening now on her phone but I can't listen on my device.
