I have free premium through my rogers account but my spotify is suddenly not premium anymore even though on the rogers end it says I have premium till Febuary 28 2018. Rogers has tried to help me sort this out but its technical difficulty on Spotify's end so they can't help me. Can someone please sort this out for me? If my premium is expired I'll pay but Rogers is saying it's not so I want this resolved.

Since you receive Spotify Premium through Rogers, you'll need to reach out to them regarding any subscription-related issues.
