got verified for one more year of student account and got charged normally

I signed up and got reverified for a student account with the discounted price last month and I still got charged the normal premium account price and my account went back to saying premium and not student.

After verifiying yourself as a student, you'll also need to activate the discount, as can be seen here and in your screenshot ("Choose Your Plan"):

To activate the discount now, you'll need to open www.spotify.com/student again and follow the steps until the end. 🙂
