help with premium

HI  i just  purchased a 3 month card at my walmart, got home, and put the card information in and  my account says  time remaining: 0 days  but  it expires  12/30/25

 i'm using an iphone and a windows laptop--  not sure what's wrong?

Thanks for coming to the Community. 

To double-check your Premium time, head over to your receipts page — it’ll show you exactly when your Gift Card was redeemed and give you a clear picture of its expiry date.

As for the “0 days” left showing on your account, I couldn’t find any other reports of this, so it might just be a temporary glitch. I’ve passed your report on to Spotify, but I can’t give an ETA on when it’ll be fixed.
