You can check your email for a confirmation message from Spotify. You should receive one if you've successfully subscribed for Premium and your first transaction has successfully gone through.

If you find such an email from Spotify, make sure you're logged in using the same email address and password, and you're not logged in another Spotify account with a different email address.
