how to get premium from Mongolia?

i live in Mongolia, we don't have your service. i have opened a Spotify account using VPN, when i've opened location was showing Australia. 

I'm more than willing to pay for the Premium access and premium quality. 

but i cannot pay for it due to your location terms or whatsoever rules and get access to your premium feature! 

please can anyone help me with this issue! currently i use Deezer music app on premium, and i'm also happy to pay for Spotify as i believe the streaming quality is for more superior.
