how to remove account member when not the plan manager.

how to remove account member when not the plan manager.

I have signed up for duo and it has put one account as plan manager and plan member, where ever i log into it says plan member so i am unable to remove my duplicate account?

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

Only the plan manager can invite/remove members on their Duo page. Please note that you can’t change the plan manager once they’ve signed up.

 

Based on what you're describing, we understood that both of the accounts of the Duo Plan are yours. If that's the case, you'd need to first log out from the member's account and then log in into the manager's account in order to remove the duplicate account. We'd also recommend to take a look at this page to see what you can do to locate your second account. 

 

Once you're logged into Manager's account - you'll be able to make changes on your subscription via your account page. Make sure you're using your browser when you're trying to make modifications on your account. Additionally, we 'd suggest using an incognito window as it doesn't keep that info saved.
