Estoy pagando la suscripción de estudiantes y no puedo escuchar música sin conexión ya que me aparece modo oficine aunque esta desactivado ese modo

If I understood you correctly, the app says you're offline, even though offline mode is disabled in the app's settings. It's worth checking if this occurs over Wi-Fi or Cellular data and make sure that Spotify is allowed to access your network / mobile data - this can be done in your device's settings. If possible, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network to see if the issue still occurs.

Something else that's worth trying out is clearing the app's cache and data. You can also perform a clean reinstall of the app, if you haven't already.
