Hey there @nabilaaidil,
Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.
We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the music chat to one of our Help boards as it fits better here.
That being said, it's important to take into account that we charge each Premium plan once per month. If you notice multiple Spotify payments in the same month, there are a few things to check.
For starters, it's possible that some of the charges you're seeing in your bank statement are pending. In that scenario, we'd recommend you check the status of the payments on your bank statement. If the payments are pending or in process, it'd also be a good idea to check with your bank to see if everything is in order with your payment method. If a regular payment fails, we try to take it again later. You may see both the failed payment and the payment that went through on your bank statement, but only one has actually been taken.
On another note, it might be possible you may have accidentally signed up to Premium on a second account, since you mentioned you got charges for both Premium Individual and the student discount. Try logging in with any details you might have used to create an alternative account. Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to find out if you perhaps have another Premium account.
Nevertheless, remember you can always reach out to our Customer Support team, so they can help you to check your account more thoroughly. You can find out how to contact them here.
Hope this clears things up. If you have any questions or need a hand with anything else, we're always a post away.
