i have premium solo plan and in addition to it I took premium duo today?

i have premium solo plan and in addition to it I took premium duo today?

I want cancel my family subscription now since i have my premium plan?

Hi @xLONEWOLFPRO!

 

You can check your current plan on your account page. If it says Premium Individual, but you also got Premium Duo, then you most likely have another Spotify account. You can try logging in to it with all possible email addresses/passwords you could have used during the signup process. You could have also created the account via Apple, Google or Facebook, so make sure to try out those login alternatives as well.

 

Once you're logged in you can cancel the subscription by following the steps in this article.

 

In case you're unable to access the Premium Duo account or you need further assistance, it's recommended you reach out to the folks over at Customer Support as they're the ones who can best help out in this situation.
