i pay 9.99 for spotify premium but want to use sound trak business will i have to pay for both premium and soundtrack or just the soundtrack and do i need a ppl/prs licence with soundtrack

Since Spotify and Soundtrack Your Brand are two different companies you will have to pay for them seperately.
