invite others doesn't offer sought after results

Hello. Looking for help with my Premium account. Would like to transition to advertised "Premium Duo: 2 people living together each get their own Premium account for 1 discount price" rather than the "Premium Family: 6 people living together each get their own Premium account for 1 discount price." No success with adding "same household" users / accounts. Help, please?

Thanks for reaching out. No worries - I'll be here to help. You should be able to purchase a Duo subscription here. Then, you can send a link to someone else to join your plan with their own account following these steps. If they don't have a personal account yet, they can create one here.
