iv paid for premium but still getting adverts

iv paid for it in september 31 but im still getting adverts

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

When you login at https://spotify.com/account, does it say Free or Premium?

 

Also, if your transaction was successful, you should've received a receipt from Spotify via email. The receipt contains the username of the account you purchased Premium for and you can use it for logging into Spotify.
