when I do not have internet, I can not listen to my downloaded lists as before; I have to configure something ??

Hope you're doing wonderful! 

Hmm, that's odd. Please make sure all of your music is downloading (You'll see a download green mark next to the downloaded songs).

If you do, and it's still not working - I'd recommend doing a clean reinstall to see if that helps.
