my payment failed after I've tried all the premium types it didn't work

my payment failed after I've tried all the premium types it didn't work

it's not working, I've tried my card my sim card everything but it's not getting paid, it's say free plan, I've wanted to charge my premium plan and it's not charged

Please, take a look at this support article to get help with it:

For your information, the payment method must be issued in the same country as your account is set for and it must meet some other requirements you will see in the article above. You can double-check with your bank or payment provider if the card can be used for this kind of payment.

If everything seems correct with your payment method, but you're still facing this issue, I recommend that you try again using an incognito tab and another network. Also, if you're using a VPN or network mask, I recommend you disable it while subscribing.
