no access to premium

i paid for 2 months premium for 119 rupees but it has not updated my account to premium and has been deducting 119 per month. there is no way to cancel the payment or change the plan from premium to free.

Sorry to hear that you can't use your Premium, even though you've paid for the subscription.

You can have a look at this support article to see what can be done in this situation.

It's possible that you've signed up for Premium on another Spotify account, which you're not using. This can happen if you have another Spotify account created with a similar email address, like user@gmail.com and user@yahoo.com, or though Facebook/ Google. If you can find the account, you can cancel the unused Premium plan yourself.
