hi, I redeemed my student premium since September this year. but this month I got charged as a premium individual instead. 


I was wondering if I could get refunded for being over charged?

First of all, I recommend that you double-check your receipts page to confirm how the payment has proceeded. I also recommend that you consider double-checking what is the current Premium plan of your account, because considering you were charged the full price, for any reason you might lose your benefit.

If everything is correct with your plan, you can contact the Customer Support team to get more information about what exactly has happened to your subscription.
