Olá, fiz um pagamento por pix e apareceu uma mensagem que a transação não tinha concluído e então fiz novamente, e foi conrado 2x. Gostaria do estorno de uma das transações, obrigada!

First up, we suggest that you check your receipts here to see if your payments have gone through successfully. If so, you should see the date when your subscription will end at the top of your Account page.

 

If you've made sure that you've been charged twice, but it's not reflected on your account, we suggest that you reach out to our Support team through any of these channels so they can further assist you with this.
