Hi guys, I downloaded spotify on my ps4 on january 2th, and since february 3rd I got charged. I just called PS4 to have an explication(we just realized with my mom that we got charged on her card) they told me that it was a free trial. THE THINGS IS THAT IT WASN,T MENTIONNED WHEN I DOWNLOADED THE APP!! And at the end of the trial no message that told me:end of the trial. I want to see how can I get refund, or talk with a spotify employee to get an explication.
