Solved!! Basic Individual plan vs any premium plan

What are the actual differences between the Basic Individual plan and the premium ones? Looks like it might be the access to the audiobooks, but spotify doesn't make it clear.

Hello, everyone. I am receiving a double billing through my bank account every month. I am trying to find out why, but cannot. Spotify apparently cannot be contacted. I want them to cancel one of the accounts if that is the problem, but cannot. Help!
