payment being charged in two cards

payment being charged in two cards

i have a family subscription that i initially started paying with one card, but then spotify told me that the pyment wasn't going through, so i payed with another card and now it looks like i'm paying with both cards, because i have the charge made on both. 

what can i do to cancel it on one card?

Hey @12145302943, welcome to the Community!

 

Are the charges going to the same account? If not, you'll need to identify where the other charge is going to.

 

Once you find the account in your plan that's being charged for it, you'll be able to cancel it from the Subscription Overview.
