i got a problem which is i just activate my overseas payment and after i follow the steps, payment failed. please help me.. thanks

If you're trying to subscribe while being overseas, keep in mind that you'll need to register a payment method that's been issued on the country you're currently located in, along with matching your account's country settings accordingly.
