My Question or Issue
while claiming ive seen only 1payment option that is with the card , i am not seeing any ways to change the payment method to UPI or something similer .

Sorry to see you've been experiencing issues with selecting your preferred payment method. 

Make sure you're not using any VPN services in order to be certain that you're seeing all the payment options currently available in your region.

In order to redeem your Microsoft reward, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the landing page Microsoft: 
2. Click START FREE TRIAL
3. Log in or sign up for Spotify
4. Enter the code received from Microsoft
5. Click START FREE TRIAL once more to redeem your code
    

If you continue seeing only one payment option, keep in mind that, if more options are available in your region in general, you will be able to change yours from the account page at a later time. See this article for more info about this.
