Hey friends. Tonigh i have applied premium to boost my acc. Also i am a student. i uploaded my informations to sheerID and the price has taken from my credit card twice. but my acc not boosted to premium. its still seems like free. what should i do?

Sorry for my english if it has problems

Welcome to the forums.

 

It sounds as though your payement is still pending or your student status has not been authorised. In any case any money in the 'peniding' status will be returned back to you by your bank in a few day's. 

 

Do you have any email reciept from Spotify for the amount?

Some how some one used my card & took money out of my account so I have to wait & get my new one.When I get my card I will put in the new numbers
