Unable to update payment method

When I go to update my payment method with a new card, after putting in my payment details it takes me to the student verification screen. I haven't been a student for almost a year and I've already been paying the normal premium price ($9.99/month) for months now. I am unable to continue with changing my payment method because it always goes to the student verification window and fails to verify me as a student, obviously. 

I can't find another way to update my payment method without going through the same student verification screen. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
