Good Morning, I renewed my first subscription 15 days ago at a Baloto payment point in Bogotá and I received an email saying that the transaction had already been approved but in my account it still appears to be due in 1 month and pay for 3 months.

Attach screen shot of the message I got to my email where it confirms that the transaction was approved
