payment update page keeps crashing

I want to update my credit card info and it wont let me everytime the network doesn't seem to even want me to put in ? the page skips through like i never pressed the button.

Do you have any trouble updating your payment info using an incognito window? What about from a different device?

Same problems for me! Working on a offshore vessel in the Northsea, and it's impossible to update my new paycard info on your sites.. We have a slow working internett ombord, so it could be a reason. I also tryed to yuse the Paypal, but they want me to log in with use of a sms code via my mobile. But at sea there is no such thing as a telephone network! Please help me out here! I dont want to lose my playlists becouse I have a job outseas. I'l be back onshore next week. Then I can sort this out!
