payment with mastercard does not work

Since 2 days I try to pay with my Mastercard the offer with 3 months for € 9.99. It does not work yet. I called my credit card company today. They said that it is not their problem.

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

Incognito tab and another browser didn't help me. Do you have another solution for Mastercard? I trayed 2 different Mcards
