Thanks for posting and welcome to the Spotify Community. I hope you don't mind me replying in English.

 

I can imagine how frustrating it is getting charged but not being upgraded.

Do you think you could have upgraded a different Spotify account? Could you think of any other email addresses or log in methods you could've used to create an account (e.g. Facebook, Apple, phone number)?

You can try logging in with those alternative details and check your plan profile to confirm the subscription.

 

If you're able to find a separated individual Premium account, make sure to use those same details to log into your Spotify app. However, if you confirm you were charged but the upgrade didn't go through, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support (you can find their contact link here)
