premium free trial got canceled

hi everyone, two days ago I started a free 30-days trial of Spotify Premium and it worked fine until today, when my trial was canceled and I went back to Spotify free. I tried contacting the support but they said that they can't share more information with me and now they refuse to answer.
what did I do wrong? and can I do something about it, since I have the receipt of the "payment" of the free trial?
