premium subscription 99 NOK

My spotify said that if i payed 99 NOK, ill get 3months with premium because i didn´t make a new account. when i payed i got only 1 month..why?

That offer is available to users that have never had Premium on their account before (via a subscription or a trial).

Also, It's not possible to get one of the offers with a payment method that's already been used to purchase a subscription or another offer before.
