hi,

I purchased 3 months premium promtion today and i didnt get any confirmation by email. But the money was already charged of my bank account.

what should i do ??

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

If the payment shows as pending/processing/pre-auth, this could explain things. If that's not the case, it's possible that you have more than one account and logged in to the wrong one.

 

We recommend you try both the "Log in with Facebook" button as well as entering your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box.
