My Question or Issue

Continually getting this message after trying to subscribe to a 30 day trial via a Visa payment. Ive tried all the help steps with no success and cannot use any other payment options. Any help in resolving this would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear you can activate your trial. 

Were you able to try another browser, or with Chrome, use Incognito mode? 

 

Please also check your bank statements, and account balance if your unsure if there is available money on the account.
