So i just got premium and i logged out of my account and realised that i dont even know anything of my account. So i went to paypal and removed my card. Does that stop the payments?

Family account - Can't see the accept button

Hello, I received an invitation email for Spotify family yesterday. However when I click on accept the invitation nothing is displayed and I can not benefit from it. How can solve this problem? Thanks a lot!

Cant log in

I cant log in an it is not recognising my email.I am getting charged monthly for premium.Is there any way of linking my financial details to my log on. Thanks

Hola Mi plan actual es premium y quiero acmbiar a familiar, sólo que la renovación me la cargaron apenas hace un par de días quiero saber si cambio ahora me aplicarán el cargo por los 2 planes o me harán el únicamente el cargo por la diferencia

Superuser Contribution get debitted for two account, have one only

I do get debitted for two account, but the first one with email is not registered or searchable. the second one doesnt i know the email n cant log in.Any ideas what i can do?

Paid trough iTunes but no premium

Hi, I updated my card details and payed trough ITunes for my subscription but it doesn't "transfer" to Spotify. When I log in to Spotify it says that I have to upgrade to premium. Please advise.

My Account should be Premium and NOT free

Premium refund

I filled out the form from the support page but was sent here. I was charged for premium when I never wanted it. It’s a huge inconvenience and I am extremely aggravated. The customer support is awful.
