Unable to cancel my subscription

Unable to cancel my subscription

I currently have a yearly premium subscription which ends on 7/12 but I don't want to continue my subscription after 7/12. When I try to cancel my subscription I get an error:

Something has been wrong. Please try again.

Hey @robbyceyssens - welcome to the community!


I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'm not using an app. I tried this on the Spotify website on my ipad and iPhone.

Thanks for doing that for me. I would suggest to try incognito mode, or use another device/browser.
