Hi, I'm currently trying to create an account for my mom, so I subscribe to the duo plan, so we can have both our account (she didn't have one prior this) 

I put our French address, and we do both live there.

The only thing is, we are right now in the United States for the holiday, so when she tries to accept my invite to join the duo plan, she puts our French address but it says "it looks like you dont live at the same address", yet my account is set with that French address. 

I dont know what to do, 

if you have an idea on how to fix this we would really appreciate your help

First of all, take a look at your mom’s profile page and check what country is set for it, please. Let me know, once you do it.
