basically i tried to pay but its saying payment failed even tho the card info is right and there is money in the account idk what to do atp.

Have you tried using an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

i did do that but its still not working so im not sure what to do. i think i might reach out to spotify itself and maybe get a solution, thank you though
