i subscribed spotify family and invited my 2 daughters. one has logged in regularly, the other one has received the invitation but when she try to log in she receives an error

Have you and your daughter tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
