spotify has no helpdesk - worst ever

I am trying to find a helpdesk as I get error messages when updating my credit card. I moved to a new country and according to the website i should update my credit card and my account will adjust to my new country! 

This does not work and only gives error messages. I now wasted 30min trying to find a helpdesk and all i get is this stupid forum. What a absolute mess

Help's here! - Let's get to the bottom of this. What error message pops up when you try to update your card information? Also, do you mind sending over a screenshot of how things are looking on your end? I'd love to take a closer look. Feel free to blur out any information, that could be sensitive.
