spotify premium family trial cancelled but 14,99€billed !

Hello,

I subscribed on February the 15th to a spotify spotify premium family account with the free-trial period.

I cancelled this trial period on March the 7th.

However, I noticed my credit card was debited on March the 7th of 14,99€.

This is absolutely not normal ! I want my money back.

If you didn't use your subscription you may ask for a refund. Here is the official statement:

If you’ve never used your Premium subscription, or have bought but not redeemed an online Spotify gift card, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Just contact us.
