spotify x itunes payment failure

spotify keeps telling my payments have failed.

the payments come out through itunes.

the payment details on itunes are correct.

trying to change my payment details on spotify to my card instead but it says the customer service is down or something and that the function to update my payment details is unavailable.

i also can't seem to update payment details or anything through the app which is ultra inconvenient.

anyway, can anyone help me?
