student discount

Hi!

I've been using spotify premiun for so many years and now I want to get the students discount. I did the whole process, but I still have to pay 9.99€ as always. I tried to do it many times and it tells me that I already got the discount, when I am paying 9.99.

If someone knows what happens, please let me know.
