student hulu integration wont accept card

I am a spotify premium member and I switched to the student account to be eligible for hulu but when i enter my card information it says there was a problem with my card. Ive tried multiple cards and its declined the payment every time.

Could you make sure to contact your bank and ask if your card meets these requirements? If it does, we recommend you try to pay using a incognito window.
