I just signed up for the student subscription and was verified. However today I just payed for the next month on the regular premium subscription. If i update the subscription to a student one today will I be charged again? Or will it charge me in a month's time?

As far as I know, if you are already subscribed to the regular Premium plan, then you can change to the Student plan and you'll only be charged with the updated price after your regular plan expires.
