Hi,

I tried to start student premium today. I filled up all information which you asked for, also uploaded docs about it. As you can see in attachment, payment received 4 times but my account still not activated. Also there is not any mail about that. Can you help me? Thanks.

Hey Ugurcaneker!

 

If your subscription doesn't show, you can try a few steps to see if it refreshes.

 

First of all, try to log out and in, and see if your subscription status has changed.

If it didn't, try to re-install the Spotify app.

 

If neither of these steps helped you out, you can try to contact Spotify Support through an Online Contact Form and they'll look into it for you.
