subscription still free even after paying for premium

subscription still free even after paying for premium

yesterday i gave money-1189 for individual premium pack. however it is still showing free.

yesterday i gave money-1189 for individual premium pack. however it is still showing free. i paid though my laptop.

Usually, this type of issue happens when you log in to a different account by mistake. We'd recommend logging out and back in following the steps in this article.


If the issue persists, it's possible that the Premium account has different credentials to log in to. In this case, we’d also recommend trying with different credentials as mentioned in this article

I can not get onto spotify. I updated my card and it said my next payment isn’t until <Snip - Moderator Edit>. I guess they were offering 3 free months but I am getting nothing. Is it possible to talk with a person? These replies never are helpful

This happened to me too, but if I click the button again to go through the steps for the premium plan, it tells me that the order has already been completed, and to check my email for confirmation, but I didn't receive anything in the email. I mention that I checked the account and it's the same, because the address verification codes arrived in the email

Thanks for posting in this thread!

 

We were recently seeing some reports of subscriptions being canceled after a successful payment. Our tech folks investigated this and we have good news - this should now be fixed 🙂

 

Should this be the case for you as well, you should notice that the Premium features are back already (just make sure to sign out from the app and back in again to resync the account info).

 

If you're still not seeing the Premium features, it's possible that your payment was refunded instead. Head over to your account page > Order history for more details.

i spend 160+ pesos for individual spotify premium and i already paid for it i have froofs of payment and receipt, but the premium dind’t arrived after my purchases please help me fix this thank you.
