I need to know who i can talk to about my cancellation. Someone deducted the monthly subscription when i cancelled it before it was due. Is there a phone number or email some that i can reach someone.

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
