suscription family premium : I can't connect WHY ?

suscription family premium : I can't connect WHY ?

I have subscribed to a Family Premium subscription but I am unable to log in. What should I do?

Are you the Family Plan manager? If so, did you receive an email from Spotify when you subscribed?

 

Do you get any error messages when you try to log in? What devices are you currently using?
