So, as you know my date of birth was provided to you when I signed up . However, you have unfortunately failed to send me rewards(60 day free trial for premium) while my father did in fact receive this for his birthday. I WAS going to look into Spotify premium. The free trial would have been very helpful. But then again you failed to reward me with this so I guess I will have to use another music service.

Spotify at times tests out certain offers and features. Unfortunately you might not see the same offers or features that other people get.
