updated payment and making me up my family plan again and re-invite family?

I updated my payment and spotify is not reconizing i had a current family plan and making me re-invite my family when all i did was update my card

First, double-check that you’re logged into the correct account by seeing if your playlists are still there. If they’re missing, you might have another account—try using this FAQ article to help locate it.

 

If you’re sure you’re on the right account, try logging out and back in twice in a row. This can trigger a manual sync and often resolves issues like this.

 

If that doesn’t do the trick, clearing the cache or reinstalling the app could help. You can follow the steps for clearing the cache and doing a clean reinstall.
